How does change affect you or make you feel?
In my last seminar we played a game which involved the use of the word 'change' and encouraged us to think of change as something 'fun'!
Are you thinking 'How can change be FUN? I hate change!!'......?
Change happens (you will have realised this, as you are not a baby anymore, you are trained in something you didn't know when you were a newborn, and probably have met some lovely people who have enhanced your life).
All things change, and to try and resist this can keep us stressed as life is in comstant flux, so you would bet better to 'go with the flow' and enjoy some change. Enforced change can be tough, especially if you don't 'want' whatever the change is, but you can also choose to change and love it!
Start small and simple - take a different route to work, read a different paper or magazine, use a new toothpaste, eat something new.
Do one thing differently each day and look at how you feel. It can be a really refreshing way to live!
