This week is an 'action week' for me. What does this mean?
It means I have lots of things on my 'to-do' list and some of them have been there for too long. I have caught up with a lot of the happynurses activities and have some space to really get other things done.

Decide to have an 'action week'. Make a list of EVERYTHING that needs doing in your life - things that stress you or are broken/ running late/ dirty/ old/ irritating/ or things you have been 'meaning to get round to' for a while, and you really want to sort them out. This week is the time to do it!
Look at all the areas of your life - my vision board has my 4 main life areas - health and vitality, love, wealth and adventure.
Keep writing your list until you have it all done, then think about how long these activities will take. Many of these jobs take a few minutes but we can put them off for months - it's a great feeling to get them done!
I have 4 lists - one for each life area. I started yesterday with stocking up on food - I filled the cupboard with things that will keep so I don't have to go again for a month or so. I also recycled loads of stuff that was cluttering the flat, read a book I had wanted to read, sorted out some paperwork. Today I have been to the gym and am now looking at my 4 month plan for my life - biz, social, fitness, adventure, home, love and so on - while listening to an entrepreneurs audio.
It feels great!
