As I said - last week saw the first happynurses 'coaching skills' course. We got 7 people in a room to teach them how to coach others, and I thought one of the best ways to experience the power of coaching was through them experiencing it themselves first. Little did I realise the effect this would have on the attendees!
It was the first time Johnnie and I had trained together and only the 4th time we had spent any time together (and the first workshop I had ever run...!) but it was easy, fun, relaxed and flowed like a dream. We are a truly wonderful partnership.....
This is the result of me listening to my intuition when I had a strong message to contact Johnnie, and then having the courage to follow through on my feelings. Listen to yours, happynurses - it will make all the difference!
